Chauffeur FAQ

How is a full-day charter calculated?

A standard day is 10 hours from pick-up. Some long-distance plans differ — the plan description and your quotation are final. Overtime rates are stated upfront.

What does the quotation include?

Your quotation itemises vehicle, driver, fuel, tolls, parking and driver accommodation. Entrance tickets and your own meals are usually excluded.

Do the drivers speak Chinese?

Drivers mainly speak English or the local language. Our trip designers support you before and during the trip; Chinese-speaking drivers or guides can be arranged on request.

Can the charter cross borders?

Yes. Cross-border trips within the Schengen Area are common (e.g. Prague → Vienna). One-way routes include the driver's return leg.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 2–4 weeks ahead, and 1–2 months for July–August, Christmas markets and major trade fairs.
